Hi All Had a Letter / Form from Watford County Court which is worded as follows:- Before DISTRICT JUDGE RHODES sitting at Watford County Court.... IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. The Claimant to file at court and serve on the defendant the following further information by 4:00pm on 18 May 2007: 1.1 each and every charge by date and amount which the claimant seeks to recover 2. This order was made without a hearing. Any party affected by it may apply within 7 days of service for it to be set aside, varied or stayed. From this, how should I word the reply? Looking to type it all up and post it at the courts by hand tonight. Thanks
