dar£n, am i right in saying, it mentions on template letter No2 "Data Protection Act 1998" if you are claiming back further than this point say to 1995, shouldn't that part be replaced with the previous act. was it 1977 or something.

I don't recall what T & C is, in my bundle i had all that is in the Court Bundle which you'll find in the library, i don't think Bs look at the docs you send anyway, i don't know about the courts though. if you just do exactly what they tell you to do on this site you won't have any problems. Good luck with your claim, stay with it you'll be fine. Sorry just realised what T C is, no we did not have T & C in our bundle, as the claim was estimated (24 months statements), we didn't think about asking them for a T C to be sent to us,we just wanted to get started with the claim.

I think i am still in shock, it's been a long haul but worth it in the end, so keep it going all you claimers,and keep the money rolling in. Cheers woody all the very best with your claim, hope it ends happily soon.

I found that when i phoned and got onto an answer machine, if i rang back a few times during the day evantually i would get through to them. so wether they were out or at lunch i don't know, but i would persevere next time and you might speak to the person involved in your case..

Don't worry they will defend, but they will submit it at the eleventh hour.

I have just got settlement TODAY, to getit the courts hade to serve "Judgement" on Bs, which expires next tues, i rang today and they finally seen sense, i filed my claim way back in January, so you've got to be prepared for the long haul with Bs, they won't give up and lie down, they will take it right to the wire.

Stay focused Karenann, regarding the court business, the chances are it won't make court anyway, so does it really matter how far away it is, regarding the "stayed" business, i'm sure a Mod or someone with the know ledge will be along soon to explain it and help you out, but you must carryon regardless of the obstacles being put in your way because victory is so much sweater in the end. and you will win, beleive me the odds are stacked in you favour. so chin up and good luck.
