  1. Hi Dour, I'm pretty sure that the mortgage account is completely different and they can't influence/touch it, but I'm sure somebody with more experience will clarify.
  2. CONGRATULATIONS ESSIX. I have been following your thread. This is great news.
  3. Hi, please can a pm add my thread to the 'won' list. Settled at prelim stage. Many thanks
  4. Hi Hydra, Yes, I think I will accept. Having followed your thread and others like you I'm not sure that all the extra work would be worth it for me personally. Thanks for the congrats and good luck to you
  5. Well, prelim letter sent on 01/03/07. I was just about to send LBA today and guess what came in the post..... an offer of £2434, only £125 less than my full claim. I can't believe it!!!
  6. Hi SO100, probably not going to be much help but just saying hello. I would have thought that if your account is 'in dispute', they couldn't do this but I am not certain. I'm sure somebody with more knowledge will be along shortly to offer a more constructive answer.
  7. Hi Mcuth, you've gone green! Are congratulations in order?
  8. sounds good to me Essix, although I'm pretty sure that claims with CI have been seetled prior to going to court
