  1. thanks for the replies. I have to admit I don't know if it's OK to claim the interest back... you raise interesting points, I'll have to look into this further. I guess it could be argued that since I shouldn't deal with interest in the first place, I should claim it back ... after all they were very happy to not pay it into my account at my request when I was in credit!
  2. Hello all, and what a wonderful, helpful, and informative site this is!!! I've got a bit of an odd question... I'm claiming against NatWest for their charges upon charges upon charges... but I don't want to deal with the interest for religious reasons. Meaning I don't want to claim back the overdraft interest, nor charge the bank interest on what they owe me if they don't pay up. So tell me, do I have to claim back the interest on the charges as well, or can I just claim back the charges only??? Cheers to all! Shatirah
