This is for my wife..... She has a overdraft with HSBC and recently got a letter saying they were reviveing her overdraft etc etc and for doing this they are charging her £25. As she is on maternity leave she has recently gone over her o/d by £10 and is now getting the usual charges..... when speaking with themon the phone she asked if she could increase her overdraft by £20 and they refused, when she asked why she had to pay £25 for them reviewing her overdraft they basically just said could. Any advice much appreciated.

right I am now ready for the next step. Its been a while so im just checking do I fill in the N1 then make my way to the county court??

so i got my statements last year. Had other stuff to deal with but recently have restarted my claim but know cannot find the "letter before action" letter in the templates library can anyone shed any light as to where to find it!!????

Hello, I recently changed mortgages and noticed there is a discharge fee of £160 charged. I rang nr who told me it was on my original paperwork ( it was not) they said they were going to send me my original paperwork with the discharge fee highlighted. They have sent this to me but no mention of discharge fee!. I Obviuosly want to get that money back but am unsure which or what type of letter to send. Any help much appreciated. AD

ok in my effort to be nice.... I rung Abbey today and asked why I had only recieved 1 years worth of statements. And was told as I sent £10 cash registered of course! they did not send all the statements... The lady (Sheena Small Abbey data compliance milton keynes) said give them 7 days and I will have them all... I will wait but wont hold my breath.... AD

got excatly the same letter back again saying its my fault and they dont refund charges, well they obviously havent looked at the cag website then!! Do I just wait until the LBA expires and continue to court??? Many thanks, AD

Statements should have been Here days! ago so sending a LBA re SAR tomorrow. I Hate the Abbey!!!!!!! AD

got letter from lovely people at Nationwide saying they dont agree that they owe me charges and that's it my fault I got charged etc etc. will sent LBA when prelim expires....25th June.... AD
