  1. i di first a SAR to triton as they were dealing with my account, i have done it as they coldn;t give me any statemtn and the amount i was supposed to owed was changing from letter to letter and phone call to phone call. I have the sneaky suspsiion that natwest or truiton charged me interest and a pllied soem charges while the account is isn dispute . peterbard advise me to SAR natwest to see if they come up with the agreemtn whci doubt very m,uch as triton didn't only statemetn and one phone call transcript along many missing ... ok will wait unti tomorow . thank you anyway for your help i much apprecaited .

  3. hi priorityone pertyer bard agfreed with you the fact the document is not legible meant it cannot be emforced even thought it show a signature. however it let me puzzle that i asked for a SAR adn even throught that no agreement was shown nor any default notice only statement ... does anyone know how i should i proceed further ??? thank you
  4. this is my thought too by what i can make up using a magnyifying glass both document are the same however one has my signature , the visa card and the other one hasn't , the mastercard, they are both blank agreement and natwest insis this is the agreement. however there is no prescribed term whatsoevers.
  5. if skycard put sonme unlawfull charges on your credit card yes you can reclaiming them bu ti will be carefull there as you said the ammount between skycard and your DCA are different. if i was you i will CCA the DCA asking for a statement of affair and a deed of assignment. However, iff you pursue this you will admit that you owed this ammount of money if i were you i will wait a bit and see what they come up with your CCA and yur deed of assignment ? did you receive a default notice also from skycard? skycard may have sold the debt but they still have to provide your CCA as you have requested it . if you wan to pursue them then if you don't how much exactly and what typeof charge then iadvise that you SAR them in order toknow exactly how much they have charge you. i hope this help
  6. thanks priority one as usual you are a great help and a star and also thank you peterbard for your help i just answered your pm . however for the visa card agreement i can't do anything else even ( well i don't know what else to do for the moment!!) at the naked eye is very difficult to read , well almost impossible, and trust me i tried everyting maginfying glass, but it is very difficult to read almost inelligible . i already asked natwest to sent me an other one as i told them i cant read properly and check the term and conditoin and i even quoted the CCA act 1974 for it but they don't care they stand on their ground that that is a true copy and that all i will get now they wan ttheir money but i can see any term and condiotn nor any rate of interst apply and this is what i am arguing for th ermoment it i salmost impossibloe to read it , everyting is squuezed onto an paper for an agreement of 3 pages. anyway i understand your position ai ammyself don;t know what to do on this one lol .... anyway thank you all i will keep you posted ...
  7. no they are not for me iot is an application form . an aplication form is an application not a confirmation that you had a credit card with mint. althoughthis is only my opinion if i was report them to the relevant authority. good luck
  8. hi again i received finnaly my SAR report today by triton you have to see how i arives all of my SAR was held together with a pice of rubber band as the envelopp was so damaged nthat really professional ( they have never heard opf securoty and odentity theft ... anyway i took a picture of it so that count as proof)..... anyway as usual ther is a lot of informatin that i asked wasn't there at all such as : -record of every phone call made to me are not all there, -there is copy of a lot of stateme nt from natwest even soem i have never received, -no copy of default notice being sent to me - no copy of agreement - no document regardin g insirance ittok regarding those credit card - no copy of any notice of fair use o fmy data as required by the data protection act -no copy to whom who they have shared my data with a third party 9 Ir e GReenand Co soliciotrs for example) - no document they wosh to rely upon court as they kept threatenming me witgh CCj so i asked also about that to be enclosed. - no complaint procedure of their company as required by the CCA 2006. in theri covering letter they are saying: " please find enclosed copy of statrewmtn for each account with was provided to us by our client. Unfortunately we are not able to provide specific account data for the time periods outside of our direct involvement and would suggest, should you require information, that you make a SAR direct to our client , enclosing a cheque of 10 pounds to /... NAtwest Cards services.... What a cheek they can retrieve all my statement, to natwest even thouigh they have snet my SAR to them directly but no able to provide informatin such as default notice etc..... mmmm... we note that you have requested copies of any electronic recording between this offices and yourselves.l we can confirm that no recoding were made by thi s office of any conversatoins between xx september and xx september were have been documented due to the alleged claims made regarding these claims.... ) well an other cop out ... i can say that i have a lot a log phone call made by them even thouggh i wasn't speaking ot them on the phone .... some of there comment were a ltof lies such as the claimant was offerd a reapyment of 30 popunds /motrh but refused yes i refused but he payment were asking was 150 pounds /month i am on benefit and they know that....... anyway whata should i do now i have absolutely enough of them and theri lies ? anyway sorry about the rant ....
  9. hi natwest and me natwest has a funny habit to mock foreign customer trust me i have been insulted more than once about nationality even though apparently i have no right what so ever but of course i have only one right to pay up whenever they feel like it so iwithdraw my bank account with them , and that afte 10 yeares with them . what an awful awful customer services i have no trust in them whatsoever .....

  11. hi shane i wsih i could do for the visa card CCA but even a the naked yes it is difficult to read it i need a magnifying glass what is a DPI ? for the mastercard it is only a blank agreement that i have apparently signed however they refused to show that to me inthier own word " the provisoins of the true copy in this form i smade in relaice of regulation 3(2) and 7(1) (b) of the CCA (Cancellation Notices abd Copies of documents) Regulations of 1983. Particulary 3(2) which poermit the copy if the agreement not to show signatures or personal details that may have appeared on the application part of the document..... ) after the ygoing on about yhey are no statuotory right for them to provide any dpersonal detrail about me on the agreement which is ok burt in court they will need to provide that which i understand perfectly. however i never received a default notice whatsoever from NatWest telling me that iam over init most of it it i son interest due to unlawfull charges ( i already recliam part of the charge but no interest). i only found out that it was onto a DCA from a successive phone cal from triton ( well between 20-30 phone call a day) anyway icahnge my phone number now so it's quiet now lol . but it doesn' resolve the fact that triton have not answer my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) request that was wel lover 40 days now and passed my request to NatWest apparently ..... so i intend to aplly for a court order to oblige them to provide those information lol and i have stioll nt heard a things from the information commisioner. lol .. i know it can took a while before they act.. lol

  14. sorry yes i am not english and i know it might be simple as a misunderstanding. what woory me is that she has given 100 pounds as a deposit for a job which is not done and UKBlinds are not aware of any sales who took place at tyhe begining of october and without a proper receipt how do you go to ask for a refund? if the transaction his genuine with this guy called stan.
  15. sorry for my late respoinse as i quite busy , sorry i misunderstood her she found this phone number on a local newspaper it was advertise as Uk blinds but the phone number was a local one . the guy acknwledge to be working for UKblinds give this phone number a local One ( i willnot post his phone number not sure if i can ?!) took some measurement as ke for a deposit of 100 pounds she did by cheque to Uk blinds he set up a meeting he never turn up and not seems to have vanished as he never answered his phone . th cheque has been cahed in two weeks and a half latter. when we rang up UkBilnds they wseem to be not aware of the phoien number given and were very interested how we got it ? we explained the story answered an ad from a local newspaper this guy turn up sying that yhe job will be done at at xx october 2007 and he ne ver tuen up now she don't even know if the job will be done as this stan never rang up telling her why he couldn't come and to set up a new appointment she is still waiting. she ask for a receipt when she handed the cheque well what she got it is a bit suspiciosu it is litteraly a blank scrapp of aper with hois name, phone number and written uk blind direct and a cheque for 100 pounds n as deposit that it's . we find the number of ukblinds by google it how we find their number. the sguy stan never give any detail about the company adress nor their business number ther were no VAT on the receitp . so basically this is whuy we found it a bit suspiscious about it. as now it is a week we try to contact him and nothing the contract5 was done at the begining of october . i hope this help sorry for the misunderstanding thank you aagain for your help .
  16. i forgot to mentioned in their letter they said they sent a copy of the term and condiotnj however they haven't as i am still waiting ot received it yet... they saying also under regulation of 1983 cancellation ( sorry cant remembered the exact words i don't the letter in front of me .... lol) they are not obliged to give away or showing any detail of the cardholder. iasked for a statement of affair too but nothing come just again a really bad photocopy of a statement but it doesn;t mentioned howmuch i already paid and so on....
  17. no nothing on them a part on my visa card agreement with explain the financial particulard of the card. for examnple balance transfer made within the first six month from account opennin monthy interset rare / annual interest rate /APR and gives the same detail about money transfer and advances and cheques which doesn' apply to me as i don't a cheque book with them. ther is no mention of credit card limit the amount of repayment when it i s due what are the penalty and charges for deafult none of these doesn't appear on the agreement. they kept saying they have comply with my request and intend to pursue vigorously the repayment of this debt . i receive no term and conditions just a blank agreement with a big blue rubber stamped COPY on them on my visa card and mastercard. however on my visa card there is also a big black stamps in the middle of the agreement mentioning agreed for and on the date of issue a date and a signature the copy is so small it is very hard to read it. there is some detail concerning a natwest internet application, which i remembered applying for a loan but i was turn down due to my really bad credit scores. the signature only shows on my visa card agreement and not for my master card.for both i received a blank agreement with no term and condition a so called statement ( no header no Natwest label no ban account number, went to my branch and they confirmed that here are not copy of a original credit card statement) and a leaflet explaining how to complaint to the Financial ombudsman.that was it. ther is no figure for the mastercard agreement adn only the figures described above for my visa card statement.on boith agreement thgere is no detail about my name nor my adress no nothing. what i received is a really bad photocopy of an agreement it is very small, 3 pages scanned or photocopied onto an A4 piece of paper. so imagin how small this look like.. lol . thank you again priority one.
  18. sorry ther phonenumber thaqt dhe used was form a local thompsons with a local number a guy turn up wearing casual clithes . the receipt is only a scrap paper no vat only a phone number ( local one again) , his name only known as stan and a his writtern down the name of compoany uk blinds that al. she ssaid the guy was very friendly . she tried to contact him bu tno answer we even try ourselves but no answer either.
  19. thank you for your help it is much appreciated. this help is not fror me but for my sister in law. she need to have some blinds being mdonje i her house bu tdoen't know how ot do it . she saw an ad on a local thompson she contacted a guy working for UK blinds . however she tried to contact hin enough time but not having any success at all. . when i rang up UK blind they were interesteds to know how we get this phone number it is local phone number as apparently their phone number star by 0845 or so ... and thold that she shoudlhave been in contact with them first and then they woudl have send a guy to take measurement and have some form of contract specifiyng the job and so on .. but she even had whe she has instead is a scrpped paper with a name stan and a deposit of 100 pounds paid by cheque and a phone number ( with no VAT either...) . however she i s worried thaty no the cheque has been cashed in and the work will not be done he was supposed to have done the work this week but never turn up and doesn't know when he will do or if he does....
  20. hi, sorry i am writing on behalf of my husband's sister. she has agreed toi have some blinds being drawn three weeks agos. she hasn't signed anything but thre person whi cones around to took the measurement told her that she will have to pay 10% of deposit and he will be around o -within a week to install the blinds. he gaved her a just a peice of paper with his name and her phone number which do not correspond to the headofice. when we rang them up they were very interested where we heard this phone number but will not tell us why they were so ?! she had paid this guy 100 pounds. the guy who "supposed" to work for UK blinds ask her to pay 100 pounds of deposit whihc was chewue after two weeks and a half but she hasn't heard anything at all. however it is abotu three weeks now she had waited her cheque just had been cashed in bu tnothinfg happend do you think she had contracted a dodgy sales men ? if yes what can she do to redress the situation? thank you for your advice.
  21. sorry to ask for a cpourt order should i ask natwest then as it is the orignianal creditor? my request to triton were transmitted to natwe4st in southend on sea . sorry i just need clarification both my agreement are blank only one of them contain my fake signature. I only asked my SAR to be know hat they hold about me as i never received in a firsit place a default notice ??? thank you
  22. unfortunately i don't have a scanner i onl;y received only a blank agreement for both card one wit "sugnature2 ( i can prove that it isn't mine as my true signature is on my national id card, i am not british) and an other agreement regarding my master card which is blank no adress no name , no date of birth, no adress , no date nor any signature they are keeping themselve behind thathey can ommit personal data i mentioned before well i think .. lol both document signature or not are missing both prescribed term one of them is apparently signed by "me" and thew other one is blanked. it descroibed only the term and conditoin under a CCA 1974 . both of them were accompanied with a leaflet from the Financisal Ombudsman and that is it. i wish to be more helpfull on this one but i desribed as much as i could.
  23. sorry my last question the seven says for my SAR request will be up pretty soon on monday. i already filed a complaint to thre inforamtion commisioner . anyway i want to apply for a court order for them to comply howevder is the defendant the Original creditor pr the DCA, here Triton. i did my request to triton as in evry letter iwith them was we are going to sue you so i felt that the sar must go witht hem as they are dealing with my account . however i am not too sure now who is dealing with my account triton or natwest( as i receiveda statement from them and a letter by triton acknowledging that they are dealing with my accounts ). however my SAR was received in southend on sea which i believe it is natwest this is a bit wierd you sent a request to triton and it is natwest dealing with that. so who shalli pursue triton or natwest, or both of them ? thank you .

  25. i am not surprise and by the way you are not racist this [problem] operates all around the worls and every area of life such as jobs money bank account ebay and etc... e-mail people need to be educated about it because id theft is a major problem nowadays . i had claim from china france Uk nigeria iran USA etc... they are only after one things your money and your ID so please don't answer to their dodgy e-mail ( i know some people who di dthat and lost a lot of money through fraud !!!), they are always claiming or transfer money of a considerable money which never materialize. sobe lease be carefull you are warned an d it is easy to fall into the trap . ( i do not wish to alarm everyone but it is better to be cautious than to be sorry, this my point of view only please don't be offended by it). i have seen how they operates well thropugh e-mail and my so called looked at this websiteds which i had used it quite a lot not anymore vbu t used to attract some [problematic] the holy church of the mushy bread | this is fake websites with no interst other than to waste the time of will be [EDIT] or con artist
