I started back in December claiming £1013.73 thats including £80 to file the papers, I recieved a letter yesterday from DG solicitors saying that there client is willing to settle in full, but of course not admitting liability,blah blah thanks to everyone for all of the advice given. Cheers for that, If I could pick your brains somemore I have a list of charges ( Schedule ) I have done a copy of my statements for court, Ive downloades the court bundle do i send all of the court bundle to court and to there solicitors? could someone tell me what a statement of evidence is ? thanks for you help

Could anyone tell me, once you fill in the form N149 if you have to pay can you claim this cost back I ask this because I have allready sent DG solicitors a list of my bank charges, now i have found out today that it is being sent to my local court all advice greatly appreciated

Hello everybody I have been in the process of getting my bank charges back since Dec 5th, I sent the bank a letter asking for £825 plus interest, a total of £933.73 i gave them 14 days to reply, they didnt so i sent them another giving them 10 days before i started legal proceedings. I recieved a letter telling me it would be the 2nd feb before they would reply bla bla bla, after the ten days i started proceedings to take them to court, on the 22nd they had there notice of issue, the same day they sent out a letter to me saying that if they go to court they would win because i have no case but out of the goodness of there heart the would give me £743 in full and final settlement of this matter because of irrecoverable legal costs. They refuse to pay the interest on what they have taken out of my account, me being pig headed have decided to go all the way with this. Could anyone give me any advice on what i have to get together to send off to court ( court pack ) i would really appreciate it. Good luck to anyone standing up to these modern day dick turpins......
