  1. Hi I made my claim and received a letter in August statng that it would be on hold until the court ruiling in January. My claim did not cover a whole 6 years. Since the claim was made I have incurred further charges. Can I recalculate my claim to take into account the new charges and resubmit?
  2. Hi I have just been through my records of a loan with YB. To my horror I have discovered that I have paid the following: Actual repayments inc interest £10700 PPI £1800 I have a copy of the agreement and have ticked the boxes. However I feel that I was coerced into agreeing to this. Any advice from anyone?
  3. Sent letters off a while ago. Got pathetic offer of £200.00. Re submitted with interest added on then the notification of test case came. Where do I stand??
  4. Thanks for your reply. I am after a bit more advice. I have submitted my claim to YB for the last 6 years. With things being as they are at the moment I do not expect to hear anything for a while. However I do not want to lose any time with the pre 6 year claim. Can you have 2 claims going on at the same time? Also which is the best letter to send?
  5. To all who are claiming pre 6 years have you all got settled for post 6 years?
  6. I have had loans from Lloyds and Yorkshire Bank. On these I have had PPI but to be honest cannot recollect if this was a condition of the loans despire the fact that I have signed to accept it. Any advice in trying to reclaim any of this as I have never had to make a claim on the insurance.
  7. Has anyone claimed on this? If so on what grounds can you do so?
  8. Could anyone please put my mind at rest. I made a claim for over £3000.00 which was turned down with an offer of £200.00. I am sending it again with interest this time which adds another £800.00 to it. Do I send another copy of the initial letter along with copies of previous communications?
  9. Thanks for your reply. By not replying to the offer made and then adding interest onto my claim dont I have to start again and send a letter to the YB?
  10. If anyone on here has claimed for more than 6 years, how far realisitcally can you go back?
  11. Thanks for your reply. I did not want to jeapordise my claim, Has anyone on here claimed more than 6 years worTH?
