gimmie.cash replied to reka's topic in Santander/Abbey and Cahoot successes
Oohhh, How Exciting. Well Done Reka on a fantastic result. LMAO, to see the face on some temp Bank clerk when 2 large gentlemen roll-up demanding money. "how does that shoe feel, now that it's on the other foot, Comfy? I doubt it!" -
Glenn, please accept my apologies and allow me to bow to your clearly more knowledgable mind. I admit I was going on a best guess scenario, but shall learn, in future, to keep my hooter out :o) Don't suppose you fancy helping me out with my enquiry do you? Sir? please :o)

Good afternoon, Apologies for Tagging on to your post, I'm still a newb and can't find the 'I wanna complain about something too' button. I do know a little about DPA though and unfortunately I think that (as with retailers) they are not, by law, required to keep personal data more than 10 years (I thought, but apparently they say 6). Could I possibly tap your brain for some info tho? As you've been through this process once or twice, how do I start? I'm going to send a prelim letter today but what is a schedule of charges? *it states in the prelim template to include this* I think the government site could give you specifics on DPA, but I know that there are limits! Ta :o)
