Nice to know these guys are on the ball. I have put the one payment into a savings account in case they realise there mistake!! but they will have to fight to get it back!!!!he he. Hi All Just Received A Letter From Rbs Saying They Have Reviewed My Case And Are Offering A Goodwill Gesture Of The Full Amount That They Owe. They Have Inclosed A Sheet For Me To Return ,accepting This Full And Final Settlement. I Want To Accept This Offer As It Is For The Full Amount, But Am Weary Of Returning This Sheet, Who's To Know That The Monies Might Not Ever Show In My Account!! I Have Checked The Templates Library But Cant Find Anything To Help . Thanks Mm

HI RECEIVED MY STATEMENTS FROM LLOYD'S LAST WEEK, BUT THERE WAS NOT AS MANY CHARGES ON THERE AS I THOUGHT. DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF I CAN PUT MY CURRENT AND BUSINESS CHARGES TOGETHER ON ONE CLAIM AS THEY ARE BOTH FOR SMALL AMOUNTS. APPROX £250 AND £ 300. THANKS MM:rolleyes:

Hi All . Sending My Lba Out Tomorrow,it Seems Reading Through The Rbs Forum That They Are Settling After They Receive This Letter. Hope Not As I Am Looking Forward To Them Putting Up A Fight( Like Lloyd's Did) Well Less Of A Fight More Of A Whimper!! I Didn't Bother Adding Interest To My Lloyd's Claim,but Wish To Do With Rbs,but Looking At The Spread Sheets It Looks A Bit Complicated. Cant I Just Add 8% Onto My Total Figure? Thanks Mm;)

I Have Sent S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) Letter No Reply After 40 Days,then I Sent Next Template Letter Data Protection Non Compliance, Still No Response Can Anyone Advise Me As To What Course Of Action To Take Thanks Mm

HI ALL I HAVE WON!!!!!!!!! I went to the cash point today to check my balance ( or lack of it) to find that Lloyd's had payed in £3405 plus £200 . They have paid in full , no letter or phone call as yet !! Thanks to all of you who helped ,you know who you are ,and I will be donating to the site of course. Hi All Had an Interesting chat with my friendly bank manager today . He phoned me to tell me that I was overdrawn(again),and what was I doing to remedy this. I told him that as I wasn't overdrawn until he had taken penalty charges out of my account ! He said that he was trying to help me and that he didn't want to take them out !!!!, So I said thank you and are you then putting my money back, to bring me into credit, he said that that was not possible (liar). I asked him why they had taken the charges out, his reply was " because I had not been operating my account properly". So I said " so you have penalized me then , so the money taken out is a penalty charge ?" .At this point he changed tack (slimey git) and offered me a loan, I said thats OK I have got some money coming quite soon. (didn't tell him that it would be theirs). Cant wait to tell him where the money came from!!!!!!!!!! MM

I am going to hand deliver my AQ to Guildford court on Monday,looking forward to that.In my haste I never got round to adding on interest,to be honest I thought It would be a bit to complicated for me ,but the further I go the more I want what is mine back including the interest. HI THERE Thanks for your help,my aq is ready to go and have attached 2 copies of charges schedule . I am also pursuing my old business account . Lloyd's have not responded to my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) within the 40 days, Is it true they are not at liberty to send me any info as it is a business account. I have drafted a template letter threatening them with court action if they don't comply. I have not stated that it is a business account only given them the account number,but they may of got wise . Thanks

HI ALL Just logged onto Money Claim On-line,to see Lloyd's are defending the whole amount of my claim. This appears to be the normal course of action reading through all your case history's. Can anyone tell me what happens now and should I be doing anything in preparation . thanks Mollie

Hi All I have just started claiming against Lloyd's , awaiting my AQ and their formal defense , on my classic account I am claiming £ 3549 . I also have a business account with Lloyd's which I want to pursue also , but I have a business loan on this account and was wondering , WHEN I win do you think they will a: call in the loan ? b: use the monies claimed back to pay some of the loan off . I don't actually run a business any more ,but the bank manager said this was the best way to set up the loan . Sounds a bit odd to me , at the time I thought he was doing me a favour ,now I am not so sure. Thanks:-)
