Thought id start my own thread and let you all know how i am getting on. Well got my preliminary letter all sorted now and ready to post infront of me, will have it sent in the morning. They owe me £763.00 not as much as some peoples but it is my money. All about the waiting game now i guess!

Well i poliely sent then another letter giving them 7 days from the date of this thread and guess what, no statements. Whats next guys? Court order?

Sent my LBA Last week after not receiving my statements as requested. The bank have now sent me a list of charges that have gone out of my account in this format: 2005-02-09 35.00 2005-05-05 35.00 and so on, do i accept that they have put all the charges on here? or do i press further for the statments and clarify the charges myself? Ive sent my letter requesting statements and the cheque has been cashed but i have no statements, and its getting on to 60-70 days now. What do i do next? Thanks
