u can claim £45 for washing work clothes?? OMG serously!! Is this with any job where uniform is provided or just certain careers?? (sorry to go of subject)

I have got my statements and written up my charges, looking through them on 3 occasions they charged me twice for a purchase(same ref numbers everything) i'm just going to ring first and request these back I have a question though on 3 occasions i paid of some apporx £100 each and on the same day egg charged me "An Adjustment to your Account" for exactly what i had just paid (eg £98 paid in charged £98) What is this??? can i claim it back??? And no wonder my situation just seemed to be getting worse i waas in the middle of a meltdown when his happened and wasn't paying attention to things Any help apprecitatd Thanks

i didn't have any of my details and had moved, so i just wrote to them, they did require proof of id etc and took the full 40 days but i know have my stuff so don't worry

i think i'll leave the compounded interst. It seems to b more stress full and more awkaward. I think i can just about cope with doing this thanks for your help letter going of now

Well atm natwest are being really good with me! i have already recived my statments going back to dec2000!!pre this are still not here 1 -130. but this is just over a week since i sent my request. i'm now sending my prelin leter? is this right? with no interst on the charges atm???

Hi just got me credit report back it shows i defaulted on an o2 online mobile contract which i never did i paid it off in full i could never contact them,i rang loads and was just on hold forever, wrote letters no reply, so in the and to get htere attention i cancelled my dd. soon had a letter with final bill so i paid it thought it was the end of it! So i'm sent a SAR but now i'm worrying if was the right address this is the 1 i found 0219 HQ/Bury, O2 online, Dummers Lane, BL9 9QL does anyone know if this is right??? i want it removed of my report as it completly wrong
