Hi Folks I am seeking some Advice/Reassurance!!!! I have filed my county court claim form and have received letter back saying the Halifax will defend it within 28 days. has anybody got an example of how to fill in the AQ form.

Hav been chasing The Halifax for my back charges info. They requested a £5 for admin to do this. We sent them a cheque but it has not been received or cashed???? How bizarre. I sent the original letter asking for the info on 1/11/06 asking for info within 40 days. I also sent a letter giving 7 days to comply on the 12/01/07 at that point it was 62 days since the original sent. Some questions to the forum. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a tactic been used by the Halifax? What my next step should be?

I have an orange pay monthly mobile account with 2 seperate numbers on it. Both on the family talk time 120. From the 13th december they cut all service barring incoming and outgoing calls. for this privilege they have charged me £68.57 for: 11mins 34 seconds calls at peak times 11.54 x 15p min = £1.80 12 text message 12 x 8.5p per message = £1.02 1 orange directory enquiry £0.72 £3.52 Total I would like to take on these thieving vagabonds has anyone any experiences of doing this. I have a good mind to approach a newspaper this would be a good rip off to bring to the publics attention.

Hi Rob I am fighting the halifax also So far I have requested my charges for the last 6 years within 40 days they have over run this so I need to send another letter. How far have you got with yours ? What stage are you at? Wizpeep
