Hi everyone, I'm a journalist who works for BBC Look East. If you're not familiar with it, it's a regional tv news programme covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. At the moment I'm doing some research into the bailiff industry and some of the claims made about its behaviour.
