And I have a quick question. I know I can claim for unpaid DDs and so on, and also for un-authorized overdraft fees. There is another charge that I am wondering about. I have been charged on a number of occasions an 'Overdraft Fee' of between £20 and £30 pounds. Does anyone know if this can be claimed as well? Cheers everyone, nevin.

We sent our first letter off asking for 6 years worth of bank statements. We received the form letter back saying that they would send them and not charge us the £10. All we have received from them is a set of our account notes. Is this right? Should we still expect to get our statements as well?

Hi guys, just about to take the plunge. I have a few questions. First things first, is it the Wakefield Road address that I send the stuff to? Second, I have a loan and Visa with FD, will they expect an early repayment of the loan when they close my account (as I expect they will)? nevin

It's about to start Ladies and Gentlemen. Last straw was when they charged me 37.50 + 30 for being 12.50 overdrawn for 22 minutes! I'll have loads of questions to ask so I apologise in advance! nevin.
