I can remember them coming to our house for a none paid store card they were sent by the court. On the little leaving card it had hand wrote that if you are not in they will come with a lock smith to gain entry. After later speaking to a solicitor they advised me that it’s a load of rubbish unless they have already listed the goods which they hadn’t. Was very upsetting at the time.

Hi I’m from North East, UK. I did work for Barclaycard for 3 years but aim to get my charges back that they put on to my account when I left and was out of work Im looking at about £50 a month for nearly a year. Also Easymoney.com who I believe were part of Accucard now Lloyds. They only tuck the minimum payment from my bank account which I failed to notice that the minimum payment won’t cover anything over the credit limit so they hammed me, never got a letter until I was £196 over my limit, after going over the limit for £10. It tuck awhile till I could pay it off so they kept making more & more money in the mean time.
