  1. Thanks for update Lesley. I know the thread is about equity release but I don't want to forget that it's your mother at the heart of this and I know how hard it is for a family when their mother is in end of life care. Take care of yourself.

  4. Yes, but the problem is that you haven't refer to any of that in the claim which you've already issued. Therefore there is no particular relevance at this point. 6. Well that's an amazing story. Well done. If you would like to sue for the delivery charges and also your petrol and mileage for going to get it, then we are happy to help you. The chances of winning are much better than 95% and it would be fun to do – but it's up to you. I'm very pleased that you had this result. Very extraordinary. Great news. Let us know if you want to get your expenses. Frankly Hermes need a slap.

  9. Hello Yorky55, Firstly I am so sorry for your situation, it is a lot to cope to with and it is very overwhelming. Sadly, having been through the same with my dad since late 2019 and having no Power of Attorney in place, this is what I can offer in terms of advice (warning: long post alert): Firstly, whatever happens with having to cover care fees, his bills etc... that will all have to wait.
