  2. Well if you didn't record the call, then not a lot of it is much help. In our customer services guide I think that we urge people to practice with their call recorder so they don't make exactly this kind of mistake

  3. I don't see how it's possible to stop a virus spreading if supermarkets and shops are to be kept stocked. I'm as unimpressed as anyone with individuals breaking the rules but the numbers must be quite small compared with the thousands of legal journeys made daily by lorries/vans etc. transporting essential goods around the country. A selfish group of tourists make a better headline for sure.

  4. Interesting discussion, at what point does general education morph into professional training? I guess each case that comes before a court is fact-specific although I imagine that if OP were to consult a solicitor there's probably prior court decisions that give guidance on how courts approach the consumer or trader test.
