  1. We do have a Scotland Financial Legal issues Forum which will give you plenty of advice re the Legal Position. https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/371-scotland-financial-legal-issues/ Also because the contract was completed and purchased in Birmingham....I think it may be an English Claim through MCOL... with regards to suing out of jurisdiction where the permission of the court is not required for service you can do so under Civil Procedure Rules 6.32 or 6.33. 5. Probably best to reply as it's a Letter Before Claim. ------------------------------------ Dear Sirs, as I've already told you on XXXXX and on XXXXX, as the world's second best parking company lawyers you must know that for someone to owe your client money there must be a breach of the unilateral contract's advertised terms and there was not. Your client painting yellow lines all over the place after the event and pretending they were there at the time of the event doesn't create a contract, it is merely misrepresentation. I'm sure th

  10. Evening dx, certainly been a while Reading the SAR , the OP needs to relate the email from MB dated8/3/17 to the four serious findings in the FCA report in the link above and base their initial complaint on that .(PRIN 6 and 7) Having told MB that the OP was away from their house at the time of DN issue, I can't see a DN argument bearing much fruit

  11. No need for a long winded complaint Simply base it on MB breaches of FCA Prin6 and 7 https://www.fca.org.uk/publication/final-notices/moneybarn-limited-2020.pdf You can flesh it out later at the FOS
