  1. About time both sides stopped using Jo Cox as a weapon, this constant bickering with her memory must be absolute hell for her family. They deserve to be allowed to remember her and move on as best they can without constant reminders from nasty useless Politicians of any party trying to be Virtue Signalers, and becoming the problem themselves..

  4. It is clear that you are responsible for all of the bills and would be as a joint tenant anyway. If you had done a runner and she was there then she would be responsible. Now can you prove that she agreed to pay anything by way of a signed agreement? if not forget about recoevring anything other than by persuasion. The belongings can sit there until the tenancy ends unless you get an agreement in the meanwhile.

  5. Sounds like you were lucky, booking it on your credit card. We got the last Thomas Cook flight out of Cyprus on Friday night, everyone was very paranoid about it being cancelled. We got delayed on the tarmac for an hour while a disruptive passenger got removed. I guess he is still in a Larnaca Police Cell awaiting repatriation. I bet that'll teach him

  6. Log a case with IBAS. They are the gambling industry ADR scheme. I believe Betfred are signed up to them. I have used IBAS in the past with a dispute with Betfair. Took a month or two but it worked and I got the outcome I was after.

  10. Just a quick one, searching the eBay item number brings up a listing for a 13 inch version as they are saying it was. If you go onto you eBay purchase history, open up the listing in question at the top it will say the seller has edited the listing click to see the original listing. It may be worth taking screenshots of that as I don't know how long eBay holds the pre-revised version for. This will prove without a doubt that they have made the changes after the item was purchased.
