Judge was great as usual and went through my paperwork for about 1 minute and said he was fine reducing the £400 a month to £25 as long as I paid the areas of £150 (6 months of £25) which I agreed to no problem I apologised for wasting the courts time as they had previously done this for me and he said no problem these things happen and thanks for attending. Nobody from Cabot turned up. For anyone reading this who is scared to go to court please please please do not be. I have attended twice now for my debts and both times the judges have been amazing.
