You can do both. No CCA means Crapquest cannot enforce the debt. Meaning they are buggered at getting a charging order, although they can get the CCJ. PPI is seperate and theres no time limit on reclaiming it.

I was awarded £500. I think that I could have pleaded for more, but the result was the main objective.
