  2. You can request a hardship claim form from the JCP office (JsA10JP) you need to complete the form in full and you may be entitled from day 15 if you are not in a vunerable group (pregnant person within the claim, young child within the claim or long term health condition as these groups can be considered from day 1),. You also need to request a reconsideration and appeal of the decision to sanction for the dismissal decison. It could also be that the late receipt of your letter is automatically considered as a reconsideration request.

  4. It's been quite the battle, and some of us have had more fun than others, but Pie & Beer have been soundly thrashed. All cases have been dropped; the Privacy Commissioner has refereed all its cases to ASIC who are investigating these fraudsters. Some of us are still finalising our compensation claims against Pie & Beer, others have already settled and received our cheques. Before all this started, nobody had tested whether UK credit agreements were still covered under CCA if the defendant was resident in Oz. Pie & Beer tried to claim that the debts were covered under Oz law. FAIL it is safe to say that UK debts will not

Remember do not allways belive what comes out of the bailiffs mouths, They rely of you not knowing what they can and can not do, they will load there fees. If you can make a payment direct to the council Telephone Automated or online, even if it is a part payment. Leakie

  6. If the broadband is provided by the employer then it is the responsibility of the employer to ensure it is adequate for the employee to complete the role required. It is no different to telling a shop worker why havn't you put any money through the till when the till is knackered. Your employer should be working with you and their IT department to resolve the real issue not sending emails which do nothing to help the actual problem. Sounds like your manager likes the title and pay but is not keen on actually managing or as quite frequently simply incapable.

  8. If you have entered the date of payment correctly and entered the payment correctly then the sheet will be right. The "Claim to" date should be set to today. For a payment of £15.57 made on 22/12/08 I get 1428 days elapsed and £4.89 interest. What do you mean you downgraded it?

  9. Can you scan and post the letter you have received, having first removed any personal details? Otherwise, just type out what it says. This will help us to advise you.

You must take this up with the creditor directly. write do not e-mail to their Data Controller and and tell them that to place such markers for that amount is mainfestly unfair and you demand the removal of the entry which has caused you to be declined for mortgage finance. Also state you will be making a complaint to the Information Commissioners Office and the Financial Ombudsman Service in regard to their conduct. Send recorded delivery.

  12. Hi Intend, Yes, I sent the SAR and tracked it - it has been delivered although the cheque has not been cashed yet. As far as I am concerned, the 40 days are ticking away. I'm hoping to hear from them soon! The phone call to Sainsbury's was a lot more straightforward than I had imagined it would be. Maybe I got lucky with the call handler, I can't be sure! All he asked for was my name, date of birth, address, postcode, phone number etc to try and find me on their system. Then he asked for a loan account number (which I do not have) and then why I thought the policy has been mis-sold. I said that the pressure put on me by t

  13. This one seems a good reference link: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?323576-Santander-PPI-on-Debenhams-Store-Card You can find others by using Google with "site:consumeractiongroup.co.uk Santander PPI" . The "site:" keyword restricts the search to a particular website.
