Autodata shows it as requiring 5W/30 Fully Synthetic oil with no alternative, so if the garage has put in mineral 10W/40 then this may well have contributed to the problem as cars with DPFs require a "low ash" oil which burns in a particular way to avoid clogging up the DPF - as helios says, it is likely the the DPF was already pretty well goosed when you got it, but putting in the wrong oil will have made matters worse - just as a matter of course, I would get an oil and filter change with the correct oil done as soon as is practical assuming that you get it operational again
