A very useful set of regulations but which are very frequently ignored by companies - especially in regards to cancellations of contracts and other breaches by customers.
A company is only entitled to recover actual losses where a contract has been breached or terminated early. This applies equally to insurers, mobile phone companies, travel companies, gym clubs etc.
