I Hope That Someone Can Help. We Have Just Got Our Lastest Bill From The Worst Company In Gods Green Country. They Have Charged Us For Evening Calls And Changed Our Tarrif Without Our Knowledge. Are They Allowed To Do This. Our Tarrif Was For Free Evening And Weekend Calls. Please Help

We need a little more information from you please.

 

Which network is it?

Under what circumstances was your price plan changed? (ie upgrade or just random etc)

Do you still have your original contract?

Did they notify you that the tariff had changed?
