RBS address
Dear All,
I have now received my statements from RBS and would like to apply for a refund of charges. Does anyone know what the address is I write to?
Thanks

Every penny helps I'm gonna give it a shot and see what comes back. It's only my prelim, I'm sure that their internal post can carry it to where it needs to be, but I find it hard to believe that the Customer Relationship Manager for RBS can't deal with my enquiry or forward it to someone who can

What makes you think that they would make any extra effort to forward your letter or even pass it to the relevant department ? For the sake of the price of a stamp I would send it to the correct address. Sending it to any other address will only delay the return of your cash.

They won't pay at the prelim stage anyway, it really won't make much difference. Although it saves me the cost of the stamp, it also means they have to pay for one.
Why on earth would the CRM of the whole of RBS not forward on my letter of complaint? Surely that is his/her job?
If they've got internal post issues, no skin off my nose. It would be of more benefit to me if they didn't forward my letter on anyway.

they dont need to forward your letter they did not forward mine (different complaint) and if they do forward your letter it can take 10 days to arrive at the proper deprtment.
as livelylad said your letter your choice, the advice is to send all letters recorded delivery then you have proof of sending them.
