Hi, i'm just new to the forums so apologies if this question has already been covered!

I just wanted to clarify, what is the best address to send your 1st letter regarding getting the charges back? (Not the one requesting previous bank statements as I keep all of mine).

I read elsewhere this is the best address:

Royal Bank of Scotland

Customer Relations

Customer Central Support

First Floor

The Forthstone

56 South Gyle Crescent

Edinburgh

EH12 9LE

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help keep me right :)

Chris

Hi Chris,

Im in the process of claiming against RBS and I used the address you stated above on my preliminary request. I recieved a reply saying they were looking into my claim but the address on this letter was :-

Royal Bank Of Scotland

Customer Relations Support Unit

Retail Support

The Cornerstone

60 South Gyle Crescent

Edinburgh

EH12 9WF

I think either address will suffice as the buildings are only a stones throw away from each other anyway.

Hope this helps:)

  • 1 month later...

Hello All,

First post, so be gentle!

Anyway, my query is similar to the original post in this thread, except that my initial letter would be addressed to Ulster Bank. As this is part of the RBS I'm assuming their data protection details, etc, is held centrally at the address given here, at RBS.

Or is there a seperate address for Ulster Bank specific claims, i.e. in N.Ireland or Rep of Ireland?

Thanks

Does Anyone know if this would be the same address to use when attempting to claim back PPI from RBS?

I'm looking to send them a claim soon and the Address is the only thing I need!

Also, has anyone out there successfully managed to get PPI back from RBS? I'm going on the basis that I was not told it was optional and also they never explained any of the terms to me! Thanks,

Welcome on board Smitrocks! :)

The head office in the stickies (above the main threads) is still the correct head office address. However, if you have a PPI claim, you might want to take a look/start a new thread in this forum as you'll get a lot of expert help and support there.

Best of luck with your claim(s) x :)
