They are as quick as a string is long!

Unfortunately it's not something that can be answered. Some people get their statements in 10 days, others are sending non-compliance letters 50 days on.

As for when they are settled. Again, it's not something that can be pinpointed. Lots of factors come into this like size of claim, what is being claimed etc etc. Not something we can really tell. I would guess that most small claims get refunded promptly as they are not worth fighting over. Other than that, you will find others are at the end of their LBA deadlines and still not had any form of response.

It helps to read around the RBS forum and get a feel of what is going on with others in your position right now.

Basically all the delays are in-built into to court system...28 days for this, 28 more for the other, then you have cobblers with their brinkmanship games.

Position is now - Strike out application refused, Judge wants to hear LA issues.

RBoS now 5 weeks late with disclosure and 10 days late with statements of fact.

Phone call last week from Cobbetts saying client inclined to settle, could they have 14 days to go through schedule and make FF offer....I was disinclined but agreed. Then letter arrives saying I had agreed to let them have 14 more days to submit SD and SoF - which I definitely did not agree to. Phoned them today, expect a call tomorrow re. errors.

So the games go on....
