any advice

i am new today on this forum and i am currently claiming 4500 for me and 6100 for my wife i started it in nov 2006 and made the mistake of going to a consumer recovery firm after numerous calls to these people they have said that court papers have been issued to the Rbos

that was nearly 2 months ago they say they are still waiting for acourt hearing

does anyonr roughly know how long a date is going to take

My claim was filed 21 DEC 06, after AQ in February, Judge listed the case to be heard in the week ending 31 AUG 07....

 

Delays in court very much depend on the number of chimney pots in your area, although rural courts (like mine) which don't sit every day, also seem to be suffering backlogs.

 

You must remember, you are the litigant, not those parasites you have let loose with your data. Therefore you are quite entitled to contact the court (with case number issued when claim was filed) and ask questions about your case (not legal ones, just procedural).
