I'm about to start a claim against the Royal Bank of Scotland, for two accounts, one which I have now finished with and closed, and one which is still my current account. Is this ok?

Quick questions - where on this site is the template for the letter requesting full charges I have been charged over the past 6 years? I have looked at it before whilst reading up on what to do, but can't seem to find it at the moment.

Also, can you just claim for the past 6 years, no further back? And also, can I claim for two accounts at the same time?

And can you claim on an account that is not in credit? I am always in my overdraft, although not over the overdraft limit.

Thank you in advance.

Hi ok you need to read the FAQs and the step by step instructions this will guide you through the whole process.

I have posted some links to help.

you can claim on 2 accounts at the same time and if they are both bank accounts and with the same bank you can use 1 SAR for both accounts and 1 claim for both accounts, just include both account numbers. the fact the account is not in credit makes no difference.
