    Default first letter to RBS

i sent the letter to claim the penalty charges to the following address registered mail next day delivery :

    Mr Tommy McLean
    Royal Bank of Scotland
    Customer Relations Unit
    Retail Support, The Forthstone
    56 South Gyle Crescent
    EDINBURGH
    EH12 9LE

At this day, i still have not received any reply.

I heard that RBSicon and especially Tommy Mclean are quick to reply.

Any insight from people having experience with RBS in the past.

I am especially worried as i am located in scotland.

My claim is for about a total amoumnt of 3000 (penalty chargs + interest) ; small claimsicon limit in Scotland is 750 ; apprently more and more court in Scotland are rejecting second small claimsicon on the basis that we should make one claim for the whole amoumnt (which is obviously no possible in Scottish court).

I am at a loss and desperate for help.

any reply would be very much welcome and appreciated.

Don't think RBSicon are quick with their responses right now, lots of people are complaining of not hearing from them.

That said, you do say in your letter they have 14 days to respond?

Can't help you with Scottish info I'm afraid.
