According to the Financial Ombudsman's response to my complaint, Nationwide's address for any further correspondence is:

Nationwide Building Society,

Member Service Department,

1st Floor, Old Building,

King's Park Road,

Moulton Park,

Northampton,

NN3 6NW

Hope this helps.

I have just called Nationwide and asked for a measly £120 back. They seem to have standard response now which is the OFT Test case means that any DD charges that are not the fault of Nationwide they will not pay.

When i asked for the address i was put on hold and then they hung up.

So i called back, got the ladies name to begin with and told her the story. She then gave me the following address...

Members Liason

Nationwide Building Society

Nationwide House

Pipers Way

Swindon

Wiltshire

SN38 1NW

Dont know if this is the right address or not.....

Could anyone say whether the above address is most current? Trying to post a claim today I was told that the address in Farnsby Street was not on the Post office database and on searching postcodes SN38 9NQ did not produce any results. Should I post to NN3 6NW?

Does anyone have any idea on how to get Nationwide, to return my WTC to me, as they were paid in, and they have grabbed them to help pay off my overdraft. There was over 1200 in back benefits from last year, so it is not a small amount.

They keep phoning, but I deal with them by email or letters, as on the phone with these people say anything, and criticise you for spending money on essentials, like food. Anyone have any contacts by email. Is that buy Graham still the CEO?
