From reading other threads it would appear that in Scotland if you are claiming say 3k+ and it goes all the way to court, problems can arise.

Multiple claims of £750 may be disallowed in Small Claims Court. I presume the same could apply to multiple claims under the Summary Cause limit of £1500.

Has anyone recent experience or advice on best route to claim £3k+ and what possible costs could be incurred should you loose your claim (not something one wants but its still a possability).

Hi Dizzy Duster thanks for the input. Being a layman Im not up this legal jargon, but I read a thread that the CB have won an action against a second £750 claim in scc. Which would suggest that going through summary cause for 2 X £1500 might also fail. I can sort of see that to claim £3k+ I would have to use another means if going to court.

I sent my prelim in to bank for £3k+ and have My LBA ready £3k+) for when the 14 days are up.

HI Dizzy just to add to above, if you sent your prelim and LBA from your address in Scotland will there not be some legal conflict if you go to court using an address in England. I presume your bank details are in Scotland and your statements go there.
