Default Re applying for charges to be refunded

I started the procedure a few months back now but due to difficult times i decide it was not a priority but now it is.

What do you recommend my first steps are?

Should i resend the first letter with an accomplimenting note stating my intent?

I have moved since i started too....

    Thanks
