Hi all,

 

first post on here so be gentle with me please :)

 

I have requested the last 6 years of statements from RBOS by telephone last week and the arrived at the weekend.

 

I have calculated that between August 2000 - May 2006 the bank have charged me about £760 for referral charges for going over my overdraft.

 

I have edited the second letter with my details but was wondering who I send the letter to?

 

Do I send it to my local branch or do I send it to someone in this thread?

 

Should I send it recorded delivery or does it not matter?

 

I reside in Scotland and all charges relate to my account that I have had for over 16 years.

 

Thanks in advance for any help offered.
