I won back £350 from RBS recently. This morning I recieved a leaflet notifying me of changes to the wording of their contract for Business Current and Savings accounts. The key change is that they are replacing the words "unauthorised overdraft" to "unarranged overdraft". Also that any ocurrence of debits or cheques that could not be met, will be treated as a "variation to the terms of the contract".

I'm sure that these legal semantics will mean that they intend to continue to make their charges, and have confidence in in their legal position to do so.
