Nat West Primeline got my letter today about charges. Very polite phone call received from a chap there. Confirmed receipt, said my 6 years statements would be with me within a week or so and that the £10 DPA fee would be debited to my account in a day or so.

Hi, this sounds promising. Could you tell me whether you sent your letter to your local NatWest branch, or to head office? I am just starting out to reclaim 6 years of "fees" on my account. Also did you use the data protection act disclosure request letter? Did you amend it in any way? Thanks
