Firstly, my apologies for starting a new trhread, as a continuation of an old one.

I hope this will provide encoragement to others, but I have won !

After a long campaign against RBoS, and the Branch totally ignoring me, and in summary, I wrote again to the ubiquitous Tommy, pointing out that many claims had been settled, including those under his auspices. My claim over 6 years was forsome £960 .00.

I received a response offering approximately 50 per cent of this as a "guesture of Good will".

I responded that that I would accept this as a partially settlement, and I would issue a Summons for the balance and that additionally I would be claiming court costs and 8 per cent interest.

Within a week, a letter accepting the full amount !

I would commend to you all the television programme of Tuesday night on BBC2, and I had a hollow laugh at the acid queen from British Bankers and the wriggling about trying to change OFT rules.

Persist, Persist and you will win.

As soon as I get the credit, I shall make the appropriate guesture,

Thank you for your support, advice and guidance

Nil Carborindum, Illegitium est

Chris

Anyway, enjoy the moolah!
