Default What charges can I claim back?

I have already sent the preliminary letter but I only claimed for unpaid DDicon/cheque charges and interest, however after reading throught the posts I think I can also claim for the 28 monthly maintenance charge, is this right? and I can I still claim it after sending off the prelim letter, also when I asked for my statements they only sent them upto October, can I add on Novembers charges. Thanks any advice greatly appreciated.

If you have been charged for going over your agreed limit then you can claim that back, but you can't claim back the Royalties fee that is usually mixed in with it.
