Hello, I've received a notice to keeper today for exceeding the maximum period allowed by 17 minutes. Although I was driving the car, I was not the keeper as it's my fiancé's (so the letter was addressed to her but I won't let suffer for it) My initial reaction was to ignore it but I decided to play it safe and ask for guidance. Thank you in advance.

Do not appeal the minimum grace period is 10 minutes, no maximum, it is quite feasible to exceed the period queuing to get out of a car park. ANPR is a blunt instrument. The experts will no doubt be along soon to help.

We could do with some help from you.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

got a receipt for M&S? Give them some grief over this and get them to cancel rather than approaching the parking co. If M&S say you have to take it up with the parking co tell them that you want to return all of the items purchased for this addition of £85 to your bill they didnt tell you about and is it alright if you bring the local press along to photograph the handover?.

i bet that the planning consent for the car park doesnt allow an arbitrary limit of 1 hour or whatever so that is something else to pressure them with.

m&S are sensitive to bad publicity so try being nice first but dont take no for an answer and insist on resolving it now, not by a call back and NEVER by email
