DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

No response yet, worried they will just wait 30 days and take to court. IDEM provided everything apart from requested Default notice and letter of assignment.

Is anyone able to check my attached CCA in the PDF to say if this is an enforceable debt or not?

dx, I am not sure if "that CCa is a copy n paste jobbie" means it is enforceable or not?

My understanding is that all post April 2007 CCAs are enforceable even if they supply a reconstituted terms and agreement?

IDEM have now wrote stating they will request the required info from my PAP response from MBNA and forward it to me in due course.

Do I need to start disputing the CCA response provided?
