around 1999 we bought a car on finance from Yes Car Credit, I think it was a 3 year plan but after approx one year I became ill and lost my job, we could not keep up the payments so they came and collected the car eventually.

ironically, the PPI we paid was supposed to cover illness, yet we were told not so, so we basically told them to pick the car up.

my questions are:

as we paid some PPI, can we claim it back?

I cannot remember which bank we were with, does that matter?

are Gladstone Brooks any good?

Who are Gladstone Brooks?

Yes, you should certainly claim back the PPI. You should calculate as to whether you will be better off claiming that the PPI plus interest or whether you will be better off enforcing the PPI

Gladstone brooks are a fleecing claim management company

do it yourself for FREE its all here on CAG.

you've been here since 2011 and SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
