It would be much easier if you went into the branch with ID and explained.

you cant transfer 'cash' out of a credit card account

it would have been deemed as a payment on the outstanding balance? is there one?

 

if you transferred the money by mistake to the wrong card

simply ring their phone banking line and ask them to move it to the correct account.

but as above they might refuse.

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
