Just wondering if any body can help about esa asking for bank statements off me and my partner

I borrowed money off my brother about £300 and put into my partners account I would like to know would the say anything about that as it didn't come from my cb or ct payments thank you in advance

I just made this claim over the phone on the 26th November and they sent me a customer

Statement out and that they wanted evidence of bank statements sent

thank you

the only thing dwp want to know is if you have income coming in from paid work as i think thats what they look for when asking for bank statements. in the past when ive been asked for my bank statements its the last 3 months and all they did was question anything without a specific heading paid into my account.

in my own experience in regards to benefits I have never been asked about one off payments from family, sometimes I have had multiple payments from paypal showing as well and again not asked, but these have always been when housing benefit look, I have never before this week had the DWP check over my statements, but the way I see it, if its not income which a one off payment is not, you have nothing to worry about, even if they investigate, just tell them the truth and the right thing should happen at the end of it.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
