Hey

I recently parked in my university car park and then a week or two later i received an 'important notice to registered keeper, parking charge of £40' ive parked here without paying a few times so far so i will probably receive 2 more letters.

Also last year i parked here all the time but did not receive parking charges, looks like the cameras have started working now.

Should i pay them or not

Received parking charge by F1RST PARKING.

moved you to the private parking forum as this is a speculative invoice

not

a local authority Penalty charge notice.

read these threads to get yourself upto speed upon them and what to do

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

we need to know a lot of things before we can help you, where was the event, when was it, what is the breach they are claiming you committed and when exactly did you get the notice to keeper through the post and did they ticket the car before that? the dates of all of these things are critical as the parking co has strict protocols it has t follow to claim anything ansd that is before we get onto the actual sigange offering a contract.
