Hi

I have made a claim against DFS for PPI,

in the midst of being unwell and major works taking place at my home,

I had misplaced the reply until today whilst clearing up from the building works.

I realise that I don't have much time to challenge this response as it was sent in May.

Is this worth challenging?

Thanks!

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

good in a way..

that means that even if DFS had agreed it was mis sold they wouldn't have refunded anyway as retailers were not regulated at that time

so it sort of shows you that that's a std fob off letter they send to everyone without even looking at your specific case, in truth a load of ole bunkum.

now retailers might not have been regulated then but the underwriters of the PPI insurance WERE!!

so findout if you can who their underwriters were

and go after them

you can send the same FOS form too!
