Hi,

I have around £7,000 in debts, I am getting a lot of letters from different debt collection agencies, one is for £2,700.

I got a CCJ due to a debt collection agency taking me to court last year and apparently I was ordered to pay £50 per month. I haven’t paid anything, they have been threatening to enforce that recently.

I am on benefits so on a very low income.

I was thinking about a DRO, however I wouldn’t meet the criteria as I have over £50 per month leftover, unless there’s any social rules regarding a DRO and bing on benefits.

Just wondering what my options are because I can’t afford to pay all the debts, I couldn’t make payment plans with them all.

Dont put an unnecessary millstone round your neck...

List your debts plr

OC

Type

Owing

Defaulted date

Outstanding

Who owns it now

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Don’t know all of my debts but my biggest one is £2,700 which was Vodafone now owned by Lowell.

Also included is HMRC for a £1,500 benefit overpayment.

The CCJ was done by Lowell for a debt of around £900 apparently I was ordered to pay £50 per month for this.

Most debts are with DCA’S.

Could be more than £7,000.
