I was just wondering if anyone would be able to answer a question I have with regard to an old mortgage I had with initially IGROUP which then became GE Money.

I took out a mortgage in Oct 2004 so just before they became regulated.

I ended up losing my home in 2008 mainly because of what I believe to be a mis sold mortgage.

Also the way they dealt with the sale was in my opinion very underhanded and has left me with a shortfall on a second charge which is still haunting me.

I am feeling that there isnt anything I can do because of the fact it was unregulated and also because of the time now lapsed.

I would appreciate it if anyone has anything to comment.

dunno

why not atleast sar them and get any info you can find.

you never know what they might have that incriminates themselves

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
