A family member had a loan with Northern Rock.

She requested a CCA from them but never heard anything from them.

Northern Rock was taken over by NRAM and that was 11 years ago.

They have now been contacted by NRAM saying about the Northern Rock loan was being passed to Cabot and for them to contact Cabot regarding the loan.

Is it best just to ignore the letter and if they do take it to court go for the Statue Barred letter?

Thank you for your help.
